## Evidence and comparison rules

Muse (Muse Spark 1.3) supplied booking-engine observations checked 17 October 2026 in a handoff dated 18 October. Dot supplied an accuracy/suitability audit and static-page research from 17 October, including its 19:17 PDT / 18 October 02:17 UTC follow-up. Codex integrated these records on 18 October; integration is not a fresh booking-engine check. Exact Muse observation times/time zones and screenshots were not supplied. All prices below are historical observations, not guaranteed offers. No booking, hold, inquiry or property contact was made.

W1: 29 July–5 August 2027; W2: 30 July–6 August; W3: 31 July–7 August. Each is seven nights. Party: four adults and children entered as ages 6 and 8. Hotels need two suitable rooms for six unless a specific suite is identified; room-level allocation is recorded only where supplied. Apartment searches must use one unit for six with three bedrooms and at least two bathrooms. Bedroom air conditioning is required. Sleep-six two-bedroom options are explicit compromises. Flights are recommendations, not bookings; later dates need a revised flight/Portugal comparison, not automatic rejection.

Keep native currencies separate. VAT-inclusive calculations below use the 10% exclusion reported by Muse and are arithmetic, not checkout confirmation or a new tax assessment. Do not add VAT again to an included rate. Security deposits/card holds are separate from nonrefundable fees. No exchange-rate assumption or cross-currency price ranking is adopted. Meals, transfers, bags, seats and changed flights can change full-trip comparisons. Remaining space, bed, bathroom and route questions apply even when an engine returned a price.

Exact listing 488451: three bedrooms (two doubles, two singles), two shower bathrooms, bedroom AC and lift listed. €95 cleaning and €150 refundable card hold recorded; no dated total. Calendar blocked 9–31 July and all August 2027. Remove from the available shortlist; closure reason unknown. Generic cancellation was free through 16 days before arrival, 100% from 15 days; no selected-rate verification. Floor, shower thresholds and complete flat approach remain unresolved. Two Doble rooms, 25 m²; room 1 two adults plus two children, room 2 two adults. Breakfast included; 10% member discount applied; displayed USD totals exclude taxes. Room 1 $3,517, free cancellation to 27 July; room 2 $2,110 nonrefundable or $2,344 free-cancel. Combined arithmetic: $5,627 mixed terms or $5,861 both free-cancel. Applying reported 10% tax gives $6,189.70 or $6,447.10; final total unverified. Room 2's exact flexible deadline was not supplied. Member eligibility needs checking. Family Room 45 m² unavailable. The reported three-adult cap does not establish every child allocation; retain the submitted 2A+2C / 2A arrangement. Bathroom described as bath or shower, not a guaranteed walk-in shower. Base rate has kitchenette, no meals. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, credit-card guarantee; deadline time zone and penalty after deadline not supplied. No three-bedroom unit appeared for these dates. This fails the three-bedroom apartment minimum unless Jeremy accepts a compromise; beds, bathroom count, bedroom AC and complete beach route need confirmation. ### Diana 2 — Muse, Booking.com

No availability for W1. Engine alternative 6–13 August from €4,210 is outside the tested week and not a confirmed equivalent six-person offer. Keep Diana 2/REF069 identities distinct until matched. September quotes are historical and superseded for W1.


### Noria Azul — Muse live date picker and Dot calculator

Exact HomeCare listing 504486: three bedrooms, two king beds plus two singles, two bathrooms with bath showers, lift, bedroom AC and shared pools; beach listed at 800 m. Both sources found W1 and W2 unavailable on 17 October; Muse saw 29/30/31 July disabled. W3 was not established available. Static calendar openness does not override the dated responses. This is not proof of a sellout.

Published 17 July–13 August 2027 tariff €1,694 including VAT plus 5% service fee = €1,778.70/week, already including the fee. Retain only as tariff history, not an available bargain. Generic free cancellation through 15 days before arrival is not selected-rate verification. La Cala remains a priority area; a replacement qualifying apartment is needed. Calahonda and inland villas are separate locations.

Four adults plus children 6/8; USD totals exclude 10% VAT; breakfast included in every plan. No room-only rate. Family Suite Junior means two connected Junior Suites: king plus two doubles, two bathrooms, bath or shower. Premium Two Bedroom Residence is a 112 m² duplex: twin bedroom/en-suite tub, king bedroom/en-suite bath/shower, living-room sofa bed. It is a two-bedroom privacy compromise, not a qualifying three-bedroom apartment. Non-premium Two Bedroom Residence unavailable in W1/W2.

This broadens the failed search beyond the three-bedroom unit; it does not establish whether inventory is sold, restricted or unreleased. Three-bedroom description supports a king plus four twins, kitchen/laundry, but unit-specific bathrooms, bedroom AC and access remain open. No price or cancellation offer.

### Iberostar Málaga Playa — Muse, official engine

All three seven-night windows returned Hotel not available — please select other dates. Engine worked on an early-July control search. Unreleased inventory is a plausible explanation, not a confirmed release schedule or proof of sellout. Exact six-person room allocation was not supplied in the handoff; it still needs a usable offer with beds, bathrooms, bedroom AC, payment and cancellation terms. Preserve the promenade/pool/activity suitability independently of availability.

Two Triple Rooms with Terrace, 16 m², three twins each: €3,941 excluding 10% VAT; €4,335.10 calculated including VAT. Breakfast included; nonrefundable, pay online. Small rooms and cancellation risk are material. Lift/floor, bathrooms, bedroom AC and room proximity need verification. Search card initially said unavailable; property page showed rooms. Other displayed categories are not established six-person layouts: Economy Double 13 m² €1,517 per room; Double/Twin with Terrace 12 m² €1,565 per room, displayed €3,129 for two (rounding differs from 2×€1,565). All nonrefundable.

Albayzín del Mar's three-bedroom suite merits checking, but Dot could not resolve a usable current official endpoint or dated offer. Other September candidates are historical leads, not newly priced offers.


### Protur Roquetas — Muse, official engine, W1

Suite Family, 61 m², maximum four adults plus two children, sea view, all-inclusive. Early Booking €6,062.40 reduced to €5,456.16 by auto-applied PROTUR CLUB 10%; Flexible €6,736 reduced to €6,062.40. Membership eligibility and rate-specific terms need checking. Handoff reports free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival, late cancel/no-show first night 100%, no advance payment and pay at hotel; reconfirm applicability to the selected early rate. VAT unclear: hotel page says VAT INCLUDED, engine total not labeled. Do not add tax speculatively.

Two bedrooms plus sofa bed, two bathrooms with baths, fourth floor; verify lift to that floor, separating beds and sleeping privacy. This is a hotel-suite exception, not three private bedrooms. Portugal flights and transfers remain unpriced, so it is not established as the cheapest trip. Other Roquetas candidates remain historical leads.

Specific three-bedroom apartment for six, lift and pool. W1 calculator returned €1,200: three July nights × €135 + four August × €150 + €165 cleaning/washing + €30 booking fee. Tariff year unstated; footer ©2026 is not evidence of 2027 rates. AvaiBook calendar failed to load; calculator is not availability. Four bedrooms sleeping nine; bedroom AC; two upstairs bath/shower rooms, downstairs double bedroom and WC, one flight upstairs. Listed beach 100 m, supermarket 1.2 km. This is a coastal development outside central Estepona, not an old-town/marina daily-life substitute. Official page read on 18 October places Estepona town 10 km away.

W1 not available in full; published opening starts 31 July. July/August 2027 tariff £1,850/week plus mandatory £12.50 per person damage waiver = £1,925 for six by calculation; no damage deposit. Dot recorded the site's EUR display as €2,257 + €91.50 = €2,348.50; these are native site displays, not a Codex exchange-rate conversion. Muse verified waiver in T&Cs. Muse saw 4–31-night choices, narrowing Dot's earlier five-night-acceptance gap; it does not establish an accepted/quoted 31 July–5 August stay or proration. No Sunday changeover; 31 July is Saturday. A full 31 July–7 August week changes the recommended flight plan, which is not booked. Exact quote, cancellation and full approach remain unknown.

Dot's retrieved calendars excluded eclipse week at Darya, Casa Plaza Flores, La Perla Beach Maritimo, Casares Beach Penthouse, Belgravia27 and Belgravia22; cache freshness varied up to a month. Treat these as dated calendar signals, not final sellout findings. Villa Buenavista is hilltop, beach about eight minutes by car; €10,500/week seasonal tariff from 1 August 2027 is historical, not an offer or a price for 31 July. H10 and the accessibility shortlist have no new exact-party offer.

## Suitability corrections and gaps

Compare Fuengirola, Benalmádena/promenade-level La Carihuela, central Estepona and central La Cala first. Keep Torrox/Marriott as resort comparisons if inventory appears; Don Carlos is the high-budget comparison. Promote coastal Sabinillas/La Duquesa for a focused apartment search, then Torre del Mar/Rincón; Cádiz remains an Atlantic exception. Area suitability is independent of engine accessibility.

Ona Marinas' reviewed sleep-six unit is 2BR/1BA and fails the apartment minimum. Villa Royal and Salobreña Suites are hillside/cliff-top, not flat beach bases. Aduana Presidential has conflicting 4BR/2BA versus 2BR/1BA channel identities; do not blend them. Violeta's lead check-in age 27+ does not by itself prohibit accompanied children. Sotogrande villa identities and access remain unconfirmed. No blanket fastest/cheapest/best-reviewed/least-crowded ranking is supported. No exact local clear-sky probability, wind frequency, water-temperature or complete route clearance is established by this integration. Desktop route work was not a site visit. Beach crowds require planning everywhere; no eclipse-day driving contingency is assumed.

Exact selected beds, bedroom AC, room-to-street-to-beach/food/viewpoint route, stairs, gradients, viewing coordinates, all-fee total, payment and cancellation time zone must be settled for finalists.
